Step 1: Launch the Arlo Secure App
Open the Arlo Secure App on your smartphone or tablet.
Step 2: Access Camera Settings
Tap on “Devices” to view a list of your connected cameras. Select the Arlo Doorbell Camera from the list.
Step 3: Navigate to Camera Settings
Tap the settings icon (usually represented by a gear or three dots) to access the camera settings.
Step 4: Switch Off the Camera
Locate the “Device On” switch and move it to the off position.

Step 1: Remove the Camera from the Housing
Press the button next to the charging port located underneath the camera.
You will hear a clicking sound, and the camera will partially slide out of the housing.
Step 2: Fully Remove the Camera
Gently pull the camera until it is entirely removed from the camera housing.
Step 3: Remove the Battery
Slide the battery out of the camera to detach it completely.

Step 1: Unplug the AC Power Adapter
Disconnect the Arlo Baby camera by unplugging the AC power adapter from the wall outlet.
Step 2: Turn Off Battery Power
Rotate Arlo Baby’s footplate and remove the character’s feet. Locate the battery switch on the bottom of the camera and slide it to the off position.
The battery is considered turned off when the green color is no longer visible under the switch.
